Booking conditions

To secure your reservation , we request a debit/credit card number at the time of booking.  We do not make a deposit charge but draw your attention to our cancellation policy. [Card number quoted as a guarantee and will only be charged in the event of cancellation or non-arrival]

Cancellations:-
Notification of Cancellation Cancellation Charge
More than 30 days prior to hotel arrival date £30 per person
15- 30 days prior to hotel arrival date 50% of full cost
up to 14 days prior to hotel arrival date full cost

Payment terms:- We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit Card or Credit Cards Access and Visa in payment of your account.

Insurance:-  As you are travelling ‘overseas’ for peace of mind,
We suggest that you enter into a holiday insurance to cover cancellation costs and any unforeseen problems.
